I have sent a NOTICE of UNDERSTANDING & INTENT to IRD and will be posting on this in coming weeks. Yes, thanks, I am all over Universal Sovereign, attend the Tuesday Zui's, and have had long conversations with Marcellus, over the phone and in person.
