In 1946 after the atrocities of WWII a bunch of concerned humans got together and drafted what would become the ‘Universal Declaration of Human Rights’. Or UDHR for short, as writing ‘Universal Declaration of Human Rights’ out again and again multiple times throughout a post about the ‘Universal Declaration of Human Rights’ may get laborious for both you and me. I feel most of us are born with an innate understanding of right and wrong however no harm in making it all ‘official-like’, so we’re all on the ‘same page’ here on Earth.
The UDHR was adopted by the United Nations General Assembly in 1948. It was then ratified into International Law in 1976 as part of the International Bill of Human Rights. ‘New Zealand’, was one of the many, no doubt proud countries, to get behind this Law (agreement of the parties) at that time. Many countries, ‘New Zealand’ included again, reaffirmed the UDHR in 1998. In ratifying and reaffirming the UDHR ‘New Zealand’ has agreed to uphold the articles stated within that body of international Law. We have agreed to behave in certain ways which will be outlined below.
REMINDER: Legislation (rules of an association) cannot ‘run riot’ over Law (agreement of the parties). No apologies for harping on about these points as I see them as key unknowns for the majority of us.
As with He wakaputanga 1835, I must have missed the classroom discussions throughout school life that were dedicated to imparting the importance of our Universal Human Rights. It’s almost like they’re keeping these key documents from us. No, surely not! Before we dive in; who here, knows what their human rights are? Who’s read the UDHR before now? Who was taught about the importance of the UDHR in school, or even knows of its existence?
The UDHR consists of 30 articles detailing all human being’s individual, inherent, inalienable basic rights and fundamental freedoms. All 30 articles are laid out below with occasional commentary and BOLD sections from me [RA] where I see articles that are applicable to everyday life. You may well resonant with other articles and see how they can be implemented into your life in beneficial ways. Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments section.
Without further ado, I present to you…
UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS (1948)
Foreword
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights remains as relevant today as it was on the day in 1948 that it was proclaimed and adopted by the United Nations General Assembly. The extraordinary vision and resolve of the drafters produced a document that, for the first time, articulated the rights and freedoms to which every human being is equally and inalienably entitled.
Now available in more than 360 languages, the Declaration is the most translated document in the world — a testament to its global nature and reach. It has become a yardstick by which we measure right and wrong. It provides a foundation for a just and decent future for all, and has given people everywhere a powerful tool in the fight against oppression, impunity and affronts to human dignity.
The commitment of the United Nations to human rights stems from the Organization’s founding Charter. The international community has a duty to uphold and defend these rights. Let us ensure that those people who most need their rights protected are made aware that this Declaration exists — and that it exists for them. Let us each do our part to make these universal rights a living reality for every man, woman and child, everywhere.
Introduction
In perhaps the most resonant and beautiful words of any international agreement, “all human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights”. The commitments made by all States in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights are in themselves a mighty achievement, discrediting the tyranny, discrimination and contempt for human beings that have marked human history.
The Universal Declaration promises to all the economic, social, political, cultural and civic rights that underpin a life free from want and fear. They are not a reward for good behaviour. They are not country-specific, or particular to a certain era or social group. They are the inalienable entitlements of all people, at all times, and in all places — people of every colour, from every race and ethnic group; whether or not they are disabled; citizens or migrants; no matter their sex, their class, their caste, their creed, their age or sexual orientation.
Human rights abuses did not end when the Universal Declaration was adopted. But since then, countless people have gained greater freedom. Violations have been prevented; independence and autonomy have been attained. Many people – though not all – have been able to secure freedom from torture, unjustified imprisonment, summary execution, enforced disappearance, persecution and unjust discrimination, as well as fair access to education, economic opportunities, and adequate resources and health-care. They have obtained justice for wrongs, and national and international protection for their rights, through the strong architecture of the international human rights legal system.
The power of the Universal Declaration is the power of ideas to change the world. It inspires us to continue working to ensure that all people can gain freedom, equality and dignity. One vital aspect of this task is to empower people to demand what should be guaranteed: their human rights. This booklet constitutes a modest but significant contribution to that work.

Preamble
Whereas recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world,
Whereas disregard and contempt for human rights have resulted in barbarous acts which have outraged the conscience of mankind, and the advent of a world in which human beings shall enjoy freedom of speech and belief and freedom from fear and want has been proclaimed as the highest aspiration of the common people,
Whereas it is essential, if man is not to be compelled to have recourse, as a last resort, to rebellion against tyranny and oppression, that human rights should be protected by the rule of law,
Whereas it is essential to promote the development of friendly relations between nations,
Whereas the peoples of the United Nations have in the Charter reaffirmed their faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person and in the equal rights of men and women and have determined to promote social progress and better standards of life in larger freedom,
Whereas Member States have pledged themselves to achieve, in cooperation with the United Nations, the promotion of universal respect for and observance of human rights and fundamental freedoms,
Whereas a common understanding of these rights and freedoms is of the greatest importance for the full realization of this pledge,
Now, therefore, The General Assembly proclaims this Universal Declaration of Human Rights as a common standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations, to the end that every individual and every organ of society, keeping this Declaration constantly in mind, shall strive by teaching and education to promote respect for these rights and freedoms and by progressive measures, national and international, to secure their universal and effective recognition and observance, both among the peoples of Member States themselves and among the peoples of territories under their jurisdiction.
ARTICLE 01
All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.
ARTICLE 02
Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.
[RA]: What’s key here is the word jurisdictional. Those that ‘presume’ to, and ‘claim’ to have authority over us ‘rule’ from a ‘jurisdiction’ of which we don’t need to belong, when we know our sh*t. ‘They’ can't create a jurisdiction to overwrite Human Rights.
ARTICLE 03
Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.
ARTICLE 04
No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms.
[RA]: It’s time to take the fractional reserve usury debt based monetary system out of the hands of private entities and into the hands of the people for the people in way of a ‘sound money’ based system.
ARTICLE 05
No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
ARTICLE 06
Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law.
ARTICLE 07
All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination.
[RA]: We’re talking about LAW here. Not legislation. We are not equal within the Legal system. We need to learn how to Stand to the ‘rules of law’, Common Laws, and ‘Equity’! Not legislation designed to impose rules of an association upon us to strip away at the productivity of our labour.
ARTICLE 08
Everyone has the right to an effective remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by the constitution or by law.
[RA]: Absolutely. Bring police, government, and the judiciary back in line with their ‘oaths of office’ which are what gives them legitimacy to function. They are currently operating outside their oaths which we will explore in future posts.
ARTICLE 09
No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.
[RA]: As above comment.
ARTICLE 10
Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal, in the determination of his rights and obligations and of any criminal charge against him.
[RA]: As above, again.

Nor shall a heavier penalty be imposed than the one that was applicable at the time the penal offence was committed.
ARTICLE 12
No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.
[RA]: May all the doctors, nurses, medical staff, and scientific persons, as well as all those in general who bravely stood up for ALL our rights, by pointing out the questions, concerns, and alternatives, be exonerated, reimbursed, and celebrated.
ARTICLE 13
(1) Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each State.

ARTICLE 19
Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.
[RA]: Can someone kindly educate Facebook, YouTube, the FDA, CDC, medical regulatory agencies, governments, police, the judiciary, mainstream media conglomerates, etc etc of this particular article. Beware, also, ‘their’ attempts to bring in ‘hate speech’ ‘laws’ as these will not do as we’re led to believe; they will provide further platforms and excuses for wider silencing of those speaking logic, common sense, and our rights. If you have a problem with something someone says or writes; don’t listen, don’t engage, go in a direction you find more positive.
ARTICLE 20
(1) Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association.

(3) The will of the people shall be the basis of the authority of government; this will shall be expressed in periodic and genuine elections which shall be by universal and equal suffrage and shall be held by secret vote or by equivalent free voting procedures.
[RA]: (2) That means NO to ‘no jab, no job’ or not being able to see health professionals of our choosing, or entering shops, or anything else vaccine status dependant (bogus).
ARTICLE 22
Everyone, as a member of society, has the right to social security and is entitled to realization, through national effort and international cooperation and in accordance with the organization and resources of each State, of the economic, social and cultural rights indispensable for his dignity and the free development of his personality.

It shall promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups, and shall further the activities of the United Nations for the maintenance of peace.
(3) Parents have a prior right to choose the kind of education that shall be given to their children.
[RA]: (1) Remember when education used to be free? Still is in its fundamental stages; it is fundamental to being a doctor to have a BA in Chemistry. Why are we paying for fundamental education? I’ll expand on this and how and why you don’t need to pay your student loans back, in future posts. (3) Home school your kids without needing the ‘system’s’ long winded ‘approval’ process seeking ‘their’ permission – it’s your right! I may look into this as well in future posts if there is enough interest.

[RA]: i.e. No government entity, whatsoever, can lawfully ride roughshod over our individual inalienable human rights. If you don’t know your rights – you have none.
the end.

WARNING: While researching the UDHR I found other entities who provide alternate ‘versions’ of the original. In reading these other versions I found it curious that they felt it necessary to change certain words and in my opinion ‘water down’ overall meaning, at times. Remember: The UDHR in its ratified form is LAW; other ‘versions’ are not Law.
REMINDER: We only have rights if we each know what these are and how to Stand to them. If you once believed governments had the best interests of the people in their hearts and minds one might want to reflect with insight on the last 3 years. And beyond that a broader in depth real comprehension of world history proves again and again that governing bodies, and more so those ‘pulling the strings’, that own and control, the main mechanisms that drive our ways of life (the monetary system), have other ideologies and goals in mind.
REMINDER: Legislation is ‘rules of an association’. LAW is an agreement of the parties.
Millions and millions of humans died throughout WWII; which was the catalyst in bringing about the ‘Universal Declaration of Human Rights’ – Don’t we all have an unspoken obligation to uphold these rights for all humanity? If each and everyone of us know these bodies of International Law, our Rights, and how to ‘speak to them’ then so much of the deception and manipulation we see in the world today would fall away leaving the ‘peaceful n’ prosperous good times’ for all. Is it not the duty of those who know these instruments to share them with those that don’t, in our own unique and individual means, when opportunity presents itself? One simple and immediate way to do that is to HIT that SHARE button below.
There are more key bodies of International Law we should be aware of however you get the picture for now. We’ll take a break from this to start setting up our own Individual Standing. Currently, governmental entities ‘presume’ to have control and say over us. They make all sorts of ‘claims’ when it comes to our lives. We are going to Proclaim otherwise. We are going to remove ‘their’ presumptions. Should you wish to of course.
Stay tuned – over the next couple of week’s posts we will explore and examine doing a ‘Proclamation of Self Determination & Individual Sovereignty’, as well as breaking down the components of it and cover off some key FAQ’s. We’ll start the journey out from under ‘their’ presumed authority over us.
My aim is to post weekly on a Sunday. It’s my hope you gain knowledge, understanding, and direction if you feel that is required. I’ll be endeavouring to roll things out in a logical-practical-usable-step-by-step process. If your new here I’d recommend starting at the first post and make your way through chronologically. Your comments and questions are very welcome.

Argh thanks bizzle! I got traveling and my discipline waned. I feel the info I'm involved in is important for those wanting it. I've mostly written the next post which I've been trying to get to today actually. You have given me that little push I needed I think. Thanks heaps! Next episode coming soon, then it's on to more practical stuff which I do find easier to write up. What part of the world do you reside in, bizzle?
Yo Ryan! Where you at? Don't stop what you started bro!
