In the last post we sighted my proclamation announcing my Standing in Law, and removing the presumptions of the State and ‘their’ implied Legal Status (not Standing) upon me. Here we’ll go through a few of the FAQS I had before autographing my proclamation. Feel free to send in your questions regarding the proclamation, in the comments below.
One of my superpowers I’m told is ‘turning over stones’ and asking questions. Only ‘problem’ is, the more answers I find, the more questions I have. We only know the sum total of what we already know, don’t we? To know more than we currently do we must look outside our own knowledge base and experience, and gather additional parts of the 5000 piece jigsaw puzzle that is the ‘world system’. One might also look inside for insight and guidance in determining what is truth. We all think differently, we all have our own unique ways of looking at, thinking about, and processing information. So why not leverage off, learn from, and harness our brother’s and sister’s knowledge by asking a wide variety of questions of those from varied walks of life.
What's the most used word by children?….
Isn’t it, why! WHY?…WHY?…WHY?…and don’t parents too often tire of the why’s and damper enthusiasm over time. Embrace and learn from those of us not yet so indoctrinated and conditioned by the carefully constructed program which more and more of us are waking up from. Adopting an approach much like the little ‘humans’ among us may well super charge our growth in positive and expansive directions at an exponential pace. As well as asking questions of others, ask questions of yourself – if you're listening and observing carefully enough, the universe does deliver, every time.
PROCLAMATION FAQS:
Q. Why did you use that scroll-like font?
A. It forces one to slow down and read it properly word for word. It’s harder to scan read this way. You can of course use any font you like, however I wouldn’t get silly with fonts though. In spite of the fact you are very unlikely to get any recognition or response from anyone when sending in your proclamation, you want it to look official. If I were to do another proclamation at a future date then I might use a font ‘they’ predominantly use which is Times New Roman. Another possible clue as to some of the entities behind the ‘world system’.
Q. How anyone responded to your proclamation which you made Feb 2023?
A. No and I don’t expect ‘they’ will. ‘They’ are best off not recognising it. As you know I sent it to the Chief Archivist and several parliament ministers. From that point forward I have used it as an introduction of who I am and where I Stand with Inland Revenue, the police, and Wellington City Council. I’m use I’ll be getting a lot of use out of it as I travel forward in time and space.
Q. What is the significance of 'Hear ye' and why is it said 3 times?
A. 'Hear Ye' goes back to British Parliament in the 1600’s, if not earlier. The expression was — and is — used to draw attention to what someone is about to say. It implies agreement with the speaker, and in this instance, the writer, the proclaimer. It is used to introduce a public announcement and it might be said that it adds gravitas to what follows. It may also speak to ‘their’ need to do things in threes. Have you noticed fines, collections, etc come in threes. Notice (Demand), Notice of Fault (Reminder), Notice of Default (Final Reminder). It may also speak to the need to deny their presumptions; again done in threes as ‘thrice denied’. Some may say it holds subconscious resonance as well. And if you’re into 90’s hip hop, De La Soul did say ‘3 was the magic number!’
Q. I can’t find a dictionary definition of 'Bearth’. Why is that used and what does it mean?
A. As you look deeper into the deception that is the ‘world system’ you may find the deceit around your ‘birth’ and your birth certificate and how ‘they’ see us as their claimed vessels or commodity cattle. To ‘berth’ a ship. Berthed. More on that and ‘their’ word trickery in later posts. You could use Birth in your proclamation, as we give the meanings we want to words, and clearly state that in the proclamation. Remember, it is your proclamation! Bearth was used to differentiate from ‘their’ meanings and remove ‘their’ presumptions surrounding this aspect of things. I may well rethink this aspect if I redo my proclamation in future.
Q. Are you able to expand on what ‘Birth Rights’ are?
A. We are all born with Rights. We all have Unalienable Rights as man and woman. These are our Natural Rights or God Given Rights, however you look at things. I’ll do a post on our Unalienable Rights next post.
Q. What are 'Customary Rights' and do I have any?
A. Customary rights can be whatever you want them to be. Whatever resonants with you. Your personal, family, or community customs. As examples your customary rights might be: My customary right to self determination – It is my custom not to harm another – It is my customary right to not be enslaved by another – It is my custom to help where and whenever I can. Your lineage may also hand down customary rights. At the end of the day you personally decide what your customary rights are. Who is anyone else, and where is their authority, to say what is or isn’t YOUR customary rights.
Q. What does 'Standing in Sovereign State' mean?
A. 'Standing' as opposed to on one's knees in servitude. Upright. Standing. Living. Living in your sovereign state. You are your own sovereign state as in state of being but also state as in territory. A state of mind or being. You own your own bodily vessel. Your head is own ‘Head of State, the top of your head is your own ‘Crown of State'. You are your own authority as long as you do not harm another. With authority comes responsibility.
Q. What is 'Soul' Authority, should it not be 'Sole' Authority?
A. Sole is a fish or the undersurface of your foot. You are a Soul embodied in a living vessel. Authority is yours however remember that with authority comes responsibility – ‘response-ability’ – your ability for honourable response. There are also corporate sole’s which are legal fictions, created by man, but not man. Don’t get tripped up by the word ‘person’ in the below definition. More word trickery to deceive you my friend. Look up ‘person’ in a ‘Law’ dictionary – you don’t want to be a ‘person’, you are a living man or woman. Again, at some future point we’ll take a tour through some of ‘their’ ‘law’ dictionaries to see what is meant by certain seemingly “plain”words which we take for granted, we give assumed meanings to, words we thought we knew and even identify with on a daily basis, words that in fact have ambiguous legal/lawful definitions to be aware of, created to pull us into ‘their’ many jurisdictions.
Q. What is meant by Sovereign? There seems to be so many different definitions and debate around this word.
A. Different people and associations make this word mean different things. Often to confuse, divide, and misdirect people from the truth. In this case you get to define what 'Sovereignty' means to you as it is your proclamation. In your proclamation, there is no mistake, as ‘this is how I know this word’, as it is defined clearly YOUR proclamation.
Q. Should my given names be underlined throughout the proclamation?
A. It's not essential to underline your given names right throughout the proclamation. At least a few to give your name more emphasis to begin with. I decided to underline my given names right throughout the first page for consistency. Remember: it is YOUR proclamation – do it how you want it done – proclaim in a why that best resonates with you.
Q. What is 'Nu Tireni'?
A. It is the land we stand on here in ‘New Zealand’. Those that were here before any Crown or government, those who are one of the signing sovereign states didn't call it New Zealand. It was known as Nu Tireni. ‘New Zealand’ is NOT a lawful country, it never was, and it does not ‘own’ land. ‘New Zealand’ is a realm, a Jurisdiction within the territories of Nu Tireni. This will be hard to believe for many however you might start your research by re-reading the two founding documents; 'He Wakaputunga 1835' and 'Te Tiriti 1840', knowing that the native tongue in which the documents are written and signed prevails in International Law. ‘New Zealand’ also gives clues toward who is really behind the Crown possibly; Zeeland being Dutch and the home of one of the most wealthiest and influential banking families in the world.
Q. Is 'Ancestral Knowledge' the sum total of all my ancestors before me?
A. Yes you are the sum total of all that came before you. Tune into that available knowledge written in your DNA. You hold the Intellectual Property (IP) on all that knowledge and skills handed on. And you are NOT a 'descendant', you are an 'ascendant', you are ascending, you are increasing and becoming something greater with each pass through this reality. We are told we are ‘descendants’ to subconsciously diminish our power. More mind and word trickery. You’ll start to see it everywhere the more you research ‘their’ system and the words ‘they’ use. Apply deeper thought to everyday happenings. No pressure however know that everyone you ever were is watching your actions going forward, and has your back.
Q. Can I use an email address as an 'address of service' instead of a physical address?
A. Sure why not. In my case I’m constantly on the move around these lands and do not have a fixed address. I didn't want to use either of my parent’s addresses as I don't yet know what will come back my way from the supposed 'authorities' as I move forward testing my growing knowledge. If I did have my own address I would use it though knowing there is nothing to fear. Using a PO Box address may be a good path. I used my email address as this is the most direct way to get my attention in a timely fashion. ‘Their’ documents can be signed, scanned, and sent to me should ‘they’ wish to. I’m not expecting ‘them’ to acknowledge my proclamation. That doesn’t matter; we’re not asking ‘their’ permission for anything going forward. We Stand on our own two feet.
Q. What colour ink should I use for my autograph and seal?
A. You make the rules. It's your proclamation. There are endless opinions and information around what difference colours mean. These are ‘their’ rules for the most part and most sound pretty silly to me. What colour do you resonant with. I used purple for my appellation (name) and red for my thumbprint (seal).
Q. To whom should I send my proclamation?
A. Most importantly it is for you – you've made your ‘Proclamation of Self Determination and Individual Sovereignty’ for yourself. File it in your own 'Court of Record'. People think court is the place you go to. Court is the Paper. Keep the original safe. I've also scanned it and keep it in a file on my computer, in my own ‘court of record’. Send a copy to the New Zealand Chief Archivist as they are bound by their own legislation to keep full and accurate records. Send it to whomever else you desire. I sent it to a bunch of different ministers I felt may be relevant to me moving forward. ‘Announce’ it far and wide as you wish. Depending on when you are making your proclamation you may need to check the most up to date details for the relevant positions you are sending it to. You can view my proclamation to see whom I sent it to. Here you’ll find all current ministers. And here the current Chief Archivist.
Q. Is there a WORD document of the proclamation available I can work from?
A. I'm happy to email you a word doc template. Please tweak it and make it your own however. Don't just drop your name in and send it. I'd encourage you to read the proclamation multiple times before autographing and sending. You may undergo a profound transformation as you read it again and again. Each time I read it I got more and more out of it. Embody it. Make it your own.
Q. Should I include the two 'Ko te wakaminenga o nga Hapu o Nu Tireni' documents from 2017 which you did with my proclamation?
A. It isn't essential however as I resonated with these documents I did send them in with my proclamation. They put the establishment on Notice and remind them of their oaths by which they should be operating.
Q. Can I change, update, or send in a new proclamation at some point in the future?
A. You make the rules. This is your life of self determination. Proclamations are made all the time.
Q. Are proclamations still relevant?
A. Proclamations are used all the time, from hundreds of years ago, to current day. Take a scan through the New Zealand Gazette or through various Acts of Parliament for where proclamations are used. Proclamations are definitely a way of announcing who you are and where you Stand.
PROCLAMATION GLOSSARY:
For me there were many words in the proclamation I was unfamiliar with. A great number were either largely foreign, or new to me, and certainly not words I commonly use in my day to day chit-chat. They are becoming far more utilised however as I steadily research these realms on a daily in an attempt to keep ahead of looming squalls. Words and the meanings ‘they’ attach to them, recognised by law, are important to start to comprehend if one wants to see the deceptions and thus the pitfalls of operating within ‘their’ system. If you are making a ‘Proclamation of Self Determination’ I feel you'd better know exactly what it is that you are proclaiming and have an idea of what ‘they’ll’ throw your way depending on what you choose to challenge. I must have read this proclamation around 20 times or more before autographing it. Each time I read it the deeper it soaked into my very being whilst dissolving a lifetime of ‘their’ programming.
Below are the words I researched to fully comprehend. I offer it as a quick reference list for you where required. I would say however that words often have more than one meaning. These are the meanings I've taken. I'd encourage you to do your own research and not necessarily adopt my approach. Words can mean whatever you'd like them to mean. This is your creation. If there are words that you just don't resonate with, change them to words that do – it's YOUR PROCLAMATION. In saying that though, certain words have power in legal and lawful realms as you’ll see as we move forward. Words and their meanings are crucial to comprehend when operating in ‘their’ jurisdictions.
